Our central location in Milwaukee, WI is great for predictable shipping.
| UPS Ground | The default shipping method on our site is UPS Ground. We have found that UPS is by far the superior carrier in package handling and damage reduction. Several modes of service are available at checkout, but UPS Ground shipping from Milwaukee, WI is a great central location and doesn’t take long to get to any portion of the contiguous 48 states. |
| Overnight/ Expedited Shipping | While expedited shipping is available in checkout, expedited manufacturing may not always be available. We make most of our products to order, so if you need something shipped in less than our standard 3-5 day turnaround, please make contact with our shop via telephone to help us make sure we can succeed for you. |
| Hawaii and Alaska | Hawaii and Alaska are only served by air shipping or Priority mail. You will be contacted with shipping options and rates before your order is finalized, or call for freight costs before placing your order. |
| International Destinations | Because of the complexity of international shipments, shipping cost is not processed through the website. International order ship-to address and shipping cost are always reconfirmed by phone or email before we charge your card. Each international order is managed on a case by case basis. We recommend emailing us before ordering to ensure that delivery to your location is possible and timely. Many products do not provide warranty coverage outside the U.S. and by law, some products may not be exported. |
